Participating teams are requested to deposit an amount of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only)
at the time of arrival. It will be refunded only at the time of departure. Deduction will be made if any
damage is done to the school/ stadium property.
BOARDING AND LODGING
School teams from Chennai, Chengalpattu, Kanchipuram, and Thiruvallur districts will
not be provided accommodation. Note: Lunch will be provided (payment applicable).
The teams will be accommodated in the class rooms, and marriage hall & party hall. (First come, first serve basis)
Meals will be arranged by the host school.
The coupons for meals can be collected by the team managers on payment of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) per head per day which is nonrefundable either partially or fully.
DISCIPLINE
Each team must have its Manager. All teams and their escorts will be under administrative control of the Organizing Secretary and the Committee.
Any damage done to the property of the host school during the stay will have to be borne by the respective team.
Students must be guided not to run around the corridors.
Rest rooms need to be flushed after every use.
Participants must take care of their own belongings.
Deduction will be done if any damage is done to the host school.
No Paytm or Google pay. Only cash transactions.

Team photo with the school Principal, duly signed by the Principal.
10th Grade mark sheet photocopy duly signed by the Principal.
In case the player is from below class IX, a separate certificate should be issued by the Principal indicating date of birth and class, where CBSE registration number is not available.
